Munich, 13 May 2009.  Today, the supervisory board of Premiere AG has
appointed Pietro Maranzana (36) as new Chief Financial Officer with effect
from 1 June 2009. He will take over this responsibility from CEO Mark
Williams who acted as CFO on a provisional basis.

Pietro Maranzana joined Premiere in November 2008 as Senior Vice President
responsible for Finance. Previously he was in charge of business planning
for SKY Italia, which he joined at the beginning of 2005.
