according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Constantin Medien AG, Ismaning, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0009147207,
WKN: 914720, have exceeded the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on May 14,
2009  and now amount to 5.05% (this corresponds to 4300000 Voting Rights).
