The following information is based on a press release from Sponda Plc (Sponda) published on May 25. Sponda’s Extra General Meeting (EGM) approved a rights issue (3:2), whereby shareholders are entitled to three (3) new shares for every two (2) shares held. The subscription price is set at EUR 1.25.
