As previously announced, Sponda’s Extra General Meeting (EGM) approved a rights issue (3:2), whereby shareholders are entitled to three (3) new shares for every two (2) shares held. The subscription price is set at EUR 1.25. The record date is May 28, 2009. NASDAQ OMX Derivatives Markets has carried out a re-calculation of options and forwards in Sponda.
