Rising India Announces $10 Million Equity Commitment


OMAHA, Neb., May 26, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Rising India, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RSII) (the "Company"), a publicly-traded company, announced today the finalization of an agreement with Auctus Private Equity Fund LLC, a Massachusetts corporation, to provide a $10 million equity investment commitment. Arthur H. Taylor, CEO of Rising India, Inc. stated, "This commitment will provide the financial basis required to enhance and expand the existing animation support staff of our partners in Berlin, Germany and Chennai, India enabling us to more quickly deliver an attractive scope of services to our international customers."
