About the Author

Linda Perez grew up in rural Missouri, moving to town when their home was burned to the ground in a catastrophic fire. As a child she liked to read fantasy and fairy tales from all around the world, especially the Celtic world. Growing up in the country drew her close to nature where it was easy to incorporate the old myths into her present reality. As she became a mother, she often passed the tales from her childhood down to her children. Her true loves have always been music, art, and writing. She now lives in San Antonio, Texas with her family.
