Fabasoft AG (ISIN AT0000785407, WKN 922985, Prime Standard) announces Group
figures for the fiscal year 2008/2009 (1/4/2008-31/3/2009):

- Sales revenues: EUR 20.0 million (EUR 21.6 million in the fiscal year
2007/2008)
- EBITDA: EUR -0.5 million (EUR 1.7 million in the fiscal year 2007/2008)
- EBIT: EUR -2.5 million (EUR -0.3 million in the fiscal year 2007/2008)
- Cash flow from operating activities: EUR 1.0 million (EUR 2.6 million in
the fiscal year 2007/2008)
- Cash and cash equivalents: EUR 17.1 million as of 31/3/2009 (EUR 21.3
million as of 31/3/2008)

Furthermore, the company hereby announces that the following item for
resolution will be placed on the agenda for the Annual General Meeting on
30 June 2009: 
'Resolution on the reduction in capital stock by way of orderly capital
reduction from EUR 8,518,140.00 by EUR 1,518,140.00 to 
EUR 7,000,000.00 for the purpose of repaying part of the capital stock by
grouping shares.'
