On May 22, 2009 , Lansdowne Partners Limited Partnership, London, United
Kingdom has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Deutsche Post AG, Bonn, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005552004, WKN: 555200, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting
Rights on May 21, 2009  and now amount to 2.98% (this corresponds to
36057595 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG, 2.98% of the
Voting Rights (this corresponds to 36057595 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.

On May 22, 2009 , Lansdowne Partners Limited, London, United Kingdom,
General Partner of Lansdowne Partners Limited Partnership has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights
on Deutsche Post AG, Bonn, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005552004, WKN: 555200,
have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on May 21, 2009  and
now amount to 2.98% (this corresponds to 36057595 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 and sentence 2 and 3 
WpHG, 2.98% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 36057595 Voting
Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
