Raisio plc, Stock Exchange Release 27 May 2009 MICHAEL HORNBORG ELECTED AS CHAIRMAN OF RAISIO'S SUPERVISORY BOARD In a meeting held on 27 May 2009, Raisio plc's Supervisory Board elected Mr Michael Hornborg as its Chairman, and Mr Holger Falck as its Vice Chairman. Their term will end at the first meeting of the Supervisory Board following the Annual General Meeting of 2010. Michael Hornborg has until spring 2009 been President of The Central Union of Agricultural Producers and Forest Owners (MTK). Holger Falck has been the Vice Chairman of Raisio's Supervisory Board since 2006.
