according to article 21 section 1 WpHG that his voting rights on IMW
Immobilien AG (ISIN: DE 000A0BVWY6) have declined the 15% limit of voting
rights on April  20, 2009 and now amount 14,96% of the voting rights. This
corresponds to 2,462,593 voting rights.
