Reduced competition injury fee Peab in the asphalt case

The Market Court has reduced the competitive injury fee for Peab Group in the
asphalt case with SEK 10 million to SEK 75 million. In the Stockholm district
court's ruling from July 2007 Peab was ordered to pay a total of SEK 85 million
in competitive harm charge after Competition Authority claims of 167 million.

A competitive injury fee of SEK 85 million from the Stockholm district court has
been charged against income in Peab accounts for 2007. Market Court's ruling
means that Peab will report the difference between the provision and outcomes
amounting to SEK 10 million in profit for the second quarter of 2009.

The Market Court is the highest authority in this case and the sentence may not
