Kungsleden divests property for SEK 30 m Press Release 28 May 2009 Listed Swedish property company Kungsleden AB (publ) is selling one commercial property in Karlstad, west of Stockholm, for a purchase price of SEK 30 m. The sales price is consistent with acquisition cost. The divested property has gross leasable area of 2,515 sq.m. The rental value amounts to approximately SEK 2.8 m.
