Larox Introduces Reduced Working Hours in Germany

The global financial crisis has weakened demand for industrial filtration
solutions and services. Following the weak market situation and low order intake
Larox Corporation's subsidiary in Germany, Larox GmbH, introduces a reduced
working hours scheme as of June 1, 2009 until December 31, 2009.

The reduced working hours scheme has been agreed by the Larox GmbH Management
and Works Council. It will concern all employees of Larox GmbH (approximately 60
persons in total). According to the scheme the working time is reduced by 30%.

With this temporary arrangement Larox GmbH aims at achieving cost savings in
staff expenses amounting up to approximately 0.5 million euros by the end of
2009.
