Stefan Jütte new Chairman of Postbank Management Board
In its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Postbank AG
appointed Stefan Jütte as the new Chairman of the Bank's Management Board
effective 1 July 2009. His appointment is good until 30 June 2012. Jütte
has been a member of the Management Board since 2000 and until now has been
in charge of lending. The Supervisory Board and current Chairman of the
Management Board, Dr. Wolfgang Klein, had previously decided due to
differences of opinion regarding the Bank's future business policies that
Dr. Klein's time in office would terminate by best mutual agreement with
effect from 30 June 2009.
