us according to Article 21 Section 1 of the WpHG that on May 21, 2009,
its Voting Rights with respect to Siemens Aktiengesellschaft, Berlin and
Munich, Germany, ISIN: DE0007236101, WKN: 723610, fell below the 3% Voting
Rights threshold via shares and that it held on that date an amount equal
to 2.75% (this corresponds to 25171001 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.0001%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 878 Voting Rights) is to be
