Amendment of AS SEB Pank bond issue terms and conditions
On May 29, 2009, AS SEB Pank and the holders of AS SEB Pank bonds, issued by AS
SEB Pank on June 14, 2007, concluded an agreement to amend the bond issue terms
and conditions.
Under the amended bond issue terms and conditions, the maturity date of the
bonds is June 15, 2009.
According to the records of the Estonian Central Register of Securities as at
the date of coming into force of the agreement, i.e. May 29, 2009 at 17:00
Estonian time, all 10,310 (ten thousand three hundred and ten) of AS SEB Pank
bonds with total nominal value of EEK 103,100,000 (one hundred three millions
and one hundred thousand) were in possession of the bondholders entered into
the agreement.
