CeoTronics achieves a revenue of approx EUR18.810 Mio // Order backlog
approx. EUR2,233 thousand

CeoTronics AG Audio Video Data Communication (ISIN: DE0005407407),
Adam-Opel-Straße 6, 63322 Rödermark, Germany, listed on the PRIME Standard
and the 'Technology All Share' index, achieved consolidated revenues in
accordance with IFRS as of May 31, 2009 of approx. EUR18,810 thousand. With
that the revenue prognosis has been surpassed

The high order backlog decreased by 63.7% compared to the extremely high
order backlog e.g. due to the now  completely delivered and invoiced lots
of CT-DECT JetCom Systems to the German armed forces.

An additional reason for the decline in order backlog is the biggest crisis
in the world economy in the last decades and also the delays in the switch
to digital radio by security authorities and organizations in Germany and
Northern Europe.

Especially the evident negative development of order backlog in Q4 (March
to May) in the fiscal year 2008/2009 (-17.3) will presumably affect the
first quarter (June to August 09) of the fiscal year 2009/2010 negatively.
