Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On June 2, 2009, Dexia Asset Management Luxembourg S.A., Luxembourg, has
notified us pursuant to article 21, para. 1 WpHG that its voting rights in
Asian Bamboo AG fell back below the 3% threshold on May 28, 2009, and
amounted to 2.91% as of that date (370,712 voting rights).

Of this amount, 2.91% are attributable to Dexia Asset Management Luxembourg
S.A. pursuant to article 22, para. 1, sentence 1, no. 6 and article 22,
para. 1, sentence 2 WpHG.
