THE MANAGING DIRECTOR OF CAMAKO NORDIC OY WILL LEAVE PROHA AND CAMAKO'S BUSINESS OPERATIONS IN FINLAND WILL BE RESTRUCTURED

THE MANAGING DIRECTOR OF CAMAKO NORDIC OY, A SUBSIDIARY OF PROHA PLC, WILL
LEAVE THE PROHA GROUP AND CAMAKO'S BUSINESS OPERATIONS IN FINLAND WILL BE
RESTRUCTURED 

A fully owned subsidiary of Proha Plc, Camako Nordic Oy's managing director and
a member of the Proha management team, Timo Saros, will leave to pursue other
options outside of the Proha Group as of June 30, 2009. Proha Plc's CEO, Ilari
Koskelo, has been appointed as the new managing director of Camako Nordic Oy. 

A restructuring plan of Camako's operations in Finland has been started with
the objective to improve Camako's profitability.
