AMSTERDAM, N.Y., June 2, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sun Tzu Corporation (Pink Sheets:STZU) today announced the completion of an exclusive distribution agreement with Green Faerie Inc. to distribute all beverage lines for the Company.
Green Faerie Inc. owns Green Faerie Absinthium Elixir, an Absinthium based non-alcoholic energy mixer. The product is the first of its kind and Sun Tzu Corp. believes that this relationship will help the Company to strengthen its presence in the "Super Premium Mixing Category" of beverages.
Like previous distribution agreements entered into by the Company, Sun Tzu Corp. will take over all brand managerial duties including manufacturing, marketing, distribution and advertising for the product, Green Faerie Absinthium Elixir. The Company will pay Green Faerie Inc. a royalty of 5% of product sales for the exclusive distribution rights.
