VINX Index Information: Adjustment of VINX Benchmark index due to the Rights Issue in Sevan Marine (20/09)

Due to the Rights Issue in Sevan Marine, rate NOK 8 per share, NASDAQ OMX Stockholm will act and adjust Sevan Marine (SEVAN, NO0010187032) in accordance to the “Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the NOREX Exchanges´ Tradable, All-Share, Sector and Benchmark Indices”, rule 5.3.

On the Ex date June 3, 2009 the number of shares for SEVAN in VINX Benchmark Index will be increased to 231 922 025 shares.
