The Forum is being organized in collaboration with industry leaders such as The National Restaurant Association, along with various key experts such as Nation's Restaurant News and the The Wall Street Journal. The Wall Street Journal reporter, Julie Jargon will conduct a Fireside Chat with Panera Bread CFO, Jeff Kip. In addition, Ornella Fado, television Host of Brindiamo! "A toast to the finest Italian restaurants " on NYCTV will interview Kerry Heffernan, Executive Chef. Kerry brings 20 years of culinary excellence, experience and leadership to the kitchen of South Gate at Jumeirah Essex House.
