Component Changes Made to Dow Jones STOXX Balkan 50 Equal Weighted and Dow Jones EURO STOXX Strong Style Indexes


ZURICH, Switzerland, June 5, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- STOXX Ltd., the leading provider of European equity indexes, today announced component changes in the Dow Jones STOXX Balkan 50 Equal Weighted and Dow Jones EURO STOXX Strong Style indexes.

In the Dow Jones STOXX Balkan 50 Equal Weighted Index, Univerzal Banka AD (Serbia, Banks, UNBN.XS) will be replaced by Imlek a.d. Beograd (Serbia, Food & Beverages, IMLK.XS).

In the Dow Jones EURO STOXX Strong Style 40 and Dow Jones EURO STOXX Strong Growth 20 indexes, Club Mediterranee S.A. (France, Travel & Leisure, CU.FR) will be replaced by Vossloh AG (Germany, Industrial Goods & Services, VOS.XE).

Univerzal Banka AD and Club Mediterranee S.A. will be removed due to their deletion from the Dow Jones STOXX Eastern Europe Total Market Index and the Dow Jones STOXX Total Market Index, respectively, as a result of the Dow Jones STOXX Benchmark indexes second quarterly review. Components that are removed from the Dow Jones STOXX Eastern Europe Total Market and Dow Jones STOXX Total Market indexes are automatically deleted from their respective sub-indexes.

The changes in the Dow Jones STOXX Balkan 50 Equal Weighted and Dow Jones EURO STOXX Strong Style indexes will be effective as of the open of trading on Monday, June 22, 2009.
