Fidelity Management & Research Company, Boston, Massachusetts/USA, has
notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of the following:
On 05 June 2009 Fidelity Management & Research Company fell below the
thresholds of 5 % and 3 % of the voting rights in Kontron AG, Eching,
Germany. On that date, Fidelity Management & Research Company held 2,40 %
of the voting rights in Kontron AG arising from 1,217,078 voting rights.
All voting rights in Kontron AG were attributed to Fidelity Management &
Research Company pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6  WpHG.






FMR LLC, Boston, Massachusetts/USA, has notified us pursuant to section 21
(1) WpHG of the following:
On 05 June 2009 FMR LLC fell below the threshold of 5 % of the voting
rights in Kontron AG, Eching, Germany. On that date, FMR LLC held 3,08 % of
the voting rights in Kontron AG arising from 1,563,278 voting rights.
All voting rights in Kontron AG were attributed to FMR LLC pursuant to
section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6  in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
