With the completion of STADA's Annual General Meeting which
took place today, on June 10, 2009, there are - as a result of a regular
new election in May this year - changes among the employee representatives
on STADA's Supervisory Board.

The employee representatives on STADA's Supervisory Board are now unchanged
Heike Ebert as well as newly elected members Karin Schöpper and Manfred
Krüger.

The employee representative Manfred Krüger was elected as Deputy Chairman
of the Supervisory Board of STADA Arzneimittel AG in a Supervisory Board
meeting held directly after the Annual General Meeting.

The long-time Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board Karl Hertle was not
a candidate for the Supervisory Board anymore and thus left the Supervisory
Board with the completion of today's STADA Annual General Meeting. In the
context of the Annual General Meeting, the Executive Board and the
Supervisory Board expressed its appreciation for Karl Hertle's committed
and constructive work on STADA's Supervisory Board over many years and
thanked him for his activities on the Supervisory Board.

At the Annual General Meeting, such thanks also went out to employee
representative Adolf Zissel, who is leaving the Supervisory Board as well.

There were no changes among the six shareholder representatives on the
Supervisory Board.
