Semi-annual review of the OMX Iceland 6 portfolio


No changes to the portfolio of the OMX Iceland 6 index effective July 1, 2009

Stockholm, Reykjavik, June 10, 2009 - NASDAQ OMX Nordic, part of The NASDAQ OMX
Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:NDAQ) announced today the results of the semi-annual review
of the OMX Iceland 6 Index, (NASDAQ OMX Iceland: OMXI6ISK), which will become
effective at the market open on Wednesday July 1, 2009. 

The future portfolio of the OMXI6 Index will be identical to the present
portfolio. Thus, the OMX Iceland 6 Index constituents will remain the
following: 

Alfesca hf.
Bakkavör Group hf.
Føroya Banki P/F
Icelandair Group hf.
Marel Food Systems hf.
Össur hf.

The OMX Iceland 6 Index is the NASDAQ OMX Iceland's leading index. The index
consists of the 6 most actively traded shares on the Exchange. The index is
suitable as underlying for structured products and as a benchmark index for
funds. The OMX Iceland 6 Index is a free float market capitalized weighted
price index whose composition is revised twice a year.
