pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of the following:
On 05 June 2009 Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorprated has exceeded the threshold
of 3 % of the voting rights in Kontron AG, Eching, Germany. On that day,
Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated holds 3,62 % of the voting rights in
Kontron AG arising from 1,839,754 voting rights.

Center, Wilmington, Delaware/USA, has notified us pursuant to section 21
(1) WpHG of the following:
On 05 June 2009 Morgan Stanley, The Corporation Trust Company, The
Corporation Trust Center has exceeded the threshold of 3 % of the voting
rights in Kontron AG, Eching, Germany. On that day, Morgan Stanley, The
Corporation Trust Company, The Corporation Trust Center holds 3,62 % of the
voting rights in Kontron AG arising from 1,839,754 voting rights, whereby
the aforementioned voting rights have to be attributed pursuant to Section
22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 1 German Securities Trading Act from Morgan Stanley
& Co. Incorporated.
