Adjustment of VINX Benchmark index due to Rights Issue in Schibsted ASA

Due to the Rights Issue in Schibsted ASA, issue of 38 753 615 shares at rate NOK 34.00 per share, SCH will be adjusted in accordance to the “Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the VINX All-Share, Sector, Benchmark and Tradable Indices”, rule 5.3.

On the ex-day June 12, 2009, the number of shares for SCH (NO0003028904) in VINX Benchmark Index will be increased to 77 507 230 shares.
