On 18 June 2009 ABC Grupi AS will pay interest on its bonds (ISIN code EE3300091123) listed on the Tallinn Stock Exchange bond list. The interest is being paid in amount of EUR 47,006 per bound. Interest will be paid to the investors, who according to the Estonian Central Securities Register data are the holders of the bonds on the respective interest payment day, i.e. on 18 June 2009 at 9 a.m. The bonds bear a floating interest rate, which consists of 6-month EURIBOR and a margin of 6% per annum. The interest rate for the interest period ending on 18 June 2009 is 9,2980% per annum. The interest rate of the bonds for the starting interest period will be fixed using 6-month EURIBOR rate from 16 June 2009. In accordance with legal acts income tax will be withheld from the interest paid on the bonds. ABC Grupi AS redeems 287 bonds, i.e. 4,42% of the bonds from the investors who decided to use their right to request early redemption of the bonds owned by them on 18 June 2009, according to the information obtained from the arranger of the bonds on 20 May 2009.
