Lithuanian Securities Commission approved the tender offer circular of Koncernas „Achemos grupe“ UAB

Lithuanian Securities Commision informed that following the provisions of the
Articles 38 and 42 (section1, clause 4) of Law on Securities of Republic of
Lithuania, the Lithuanian Securities Commission decided to approve the tender
offer circular of Koncernas „Achemos grupe“ UAB with the intent to buy up the
remaining odinary registered shares of „Klaipedos juru kroviniu kompanija„ AB
at the price of LTL 13.00 per share and delist company‘s shares from regulated
market at NASDAQ OMX Vilnius.
