Eindhoven, June 16th, 2009 - Catalis SE, the worldwide provider of
outsourcing services for the digital media industry, announces that Mr.
Klaus Nordhoff, executive director of Catalis SE, will switch his role to a
non-executive function as of 1 July, 2009.

After more than two years as CFO and later also CEO, Mr. Nordhoff will take
on a non-executive role in the Catalis SE board. In this role he will focus
on contributing his experience in corporate finance and M&A to the skill
set of the board.

For the past two years Catalis group's focus has been on establishing firm
structures and balanced risk profiles that can cope with growth and
changing challenges in the company's markets as well as on providing solid
financial resources to back up the group's growth ambitions. The results of
these measures have benefitted the group in times of strong growth as well
in the more challenging market environments of today.

Dr. Jens Bodenkamp, Chairman of the Catalis SE board, said 'We would like
to thank Klaus for his contribution in guiding Catalis to where it is today
and we look forward to having him contribute further as a non-executive in
the future'.

Mr. Jeremy Lewis, who joined as executive director in January 2009,
continues as sole CEO and will lead Catalis SE in the execution of its long
