APB Apranga has received two notifications on the transactions in issuer's
securities concluded by the legal entity UAB Euvalda, a closely related party
to the member of the board Raimondas Kurlianskis (see attachments).
Transactions indicated in the first notification were concluded in 2007 - 2008
but they were not reported by separate announcements. Transaction indicated in
the second notification was concluded by subscription to the shares of the new
issue of LTL 20 million.
