Wilshire Bancorp to Present At Fox-Pitt Kelton Small and Mid-Cap Bank and Insurance Conference

("Wilshire" or the "Company") (Nasdaq:WIBC), the holding company for Wilshire State Bank, today announced that it will participate in the Fox-Pitt Kelton (FPK) Small and Mid-Cap Bank and Insurance Conference at the Roosevelt Hotel in New York City on Thursday, June 18, 2009.

President and CEO Joanne Kim will present at 3:35 p.m. Eastern time in the Vanderbilt Suite. Conference attendance is by pre-registration only through FPK.
