Enter and Die! -- A First-Hand Account of a Soldier's Life in the Infantry

WEST CHESTER, Pa., June 16, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Delve into the true story of author and former military man Jim Milliken and the Third Platoon, Delta Company, Second/Sixtieth, of the Ninth Infantry Division as he narrates the fascinating tale of their service in Vietnam. Enter and Die! is an accurate account of the historical facts and the timeframe in which it occurred.

Meet the members of the Third Platoon as the author recounts tales of their life during the Vietnam War. Sgt. Milliken describes his feelings and thought processes when he is shot, kills the enemy, and witnesses the death and wounding of enemy soldiers and comrades. Graphic violence, unusual experiences, and comical episodes characterize the book, one event after another. People will wonder how Milliken survived the war after the many near-death situations he experienced.

Unlike many wartime novels, Enter and Die! is easy to read, as much as it is mind-blowing. As one reader comments, "Extremely emotional -- I began to cry." Relive the heroes of the war that tore a nation apart and experience the brotherhood of the men who battled on the forefront.

Enter and Die! will be featured in the Frankfurt Book Fair in Frankfurt, Germany, in October 2009. For more information, log on to www.Xlibris.com.
