Over 200 songs during a 4 1/2 hour period will fill the Hollywood Bowl on June 20th. Since its inception in 1990, MARIACHI USA Festival is a destination event drawing folks from throughout the world to Hollywood for an annual tradition of family, pride and tradition.
Many eagerly anticipate this Festival and purchase tickets a year in advance. MARIACHI USA is heralded as the world's pre-eminent Mariachi event. Performing this year are Mariachi Internacional Guadalajara from Jalisco; Mariachi Campanas de America from San Antonio, Texas; Mariachi Los Arrieros del Valle from McAllen, Texas; and from California, the state that is home to the largest congregation of Mariachi musicians outside of Mexico.Mariachi Mujer 2000, Mariachi Monumental de America and Mariachi Imperial de Mexico. Also, Mexico's legendary Trio Los Panchos will delight the crowd with nostalgic ballads.
The 20th Annual MARIACHI USA Festival takes place on Saturday June 20, 2009 starting at 6:00 p.m at the Hollywood Bowl.
