section 21 (1) WpHG of the following:
On 15 June 2009 Fidelity Funds SICAV crossed above the threshold of 3 % of
the voting rights in Kontron AG, Eching, Germany. On that date, Fidelity
Funds SICAV held 3,10 % of the voting rights in Kontron AG arising from
1,577,226 voting rights.
