Release according to Art. 26, par. 1 WpHG

On June 17, 2009, Deka International S.A., Luxembourg, informed us in
accordance with Art. 21 par. 1 WpHG, that its share of the voting rights in
ThyssenKrupp AG, Duisburg and Essen, Germany, ISIN DE0007500001, have
fallen below the 3% threshold on June 12, 2009, and now amount to 2.89%
(which equates to 14,889,840 voting rights). 0.0002% of these voting rights
(which equates to 893 voting rights) are to be attributed to Deka
International S.A. in accordance with Art. 22 par. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
