Notification of voting rights pursuant to § 26 para. 1 of the Securities
Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - 'WpHG')
Petrotec S.à r.l., Luxembourg, Luxemburg, has informed us pursuant to
section 21 para. 1 WpHG that its share of the voting rights in Petrotec AG
on June 1st, 2009, fell below the threshold of 3 % and on that day came to
1.81 % (190,148 voting rights).
WP IX LuxCo I S.à r.l., Luxembourg, Luxemburg, has informed us pursuant to
section 21 para. 1 WpHG that its share of the voting rights in Petrotec AG
on June 1st, 2009, fell below the threshold of 3 % and on that day came to
1.81 % (190,148 voting rights). This figure of 1.81 % (190,148 voting
rights) shall be attributed to WP IX LuxCo I S.à r.l. pursuant to section
22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
WP IX International Holdings LLC, New York, USA, has informed us pursuant
to section 21 para. 1 WpHG that its share of the voting rights in Petrotec
AG on June 1st, 2009, fell below the threshold of 3 % and on that day came
to 1.81 % (190,148 voting rights). This figure of 1.81 % (190,148 voting
rights) shall be attributed to WP IX International Holdings LLC pursuant
to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
Warburg Pincus Private Equity IX L.P., New York, USA, has informed us
pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG that its share of the voting rights in
Petrotec AG on June 1st, 2009, fell below the threshold of 3 % and on that
day came to 1.81 % (190,148 voting rights). This figure of 1.81 % (190,148
voting rights) shall be attributed to Warburg Pincus Private Equity IX L.P.
pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
