By way of correction to its notification of June 17, 2009, Deka
International S.A., Luxembourg, Luxembourg, informed us on June 19, 2009 in
accordance with Art. 21 par. 1 German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that
its share of the voting rights in ThyssenKrupp AG, Duisburg and Essen,
Germany, ISIN DE0007500001, fell below the 3% threshold on June 12, 2009
and now amounts to 2.89% (which equates to 14,889,840 voting rights).
