EVN AG successfully issued an eight-year, EUR 150m corporate bond, with a
5.25% coupon. The corporate bond will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock
Exchange.
Cash payment will take place on June 23, 2009. The funds will be used to
finance the business operations of the EVN Group. The placement of the
corporate bond was lead managed by Deutsche Bank AG.
