Fidelity Management & Research Company, Boston, Massachusetts/USA, has
notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of the following:
On 18 June 2009 Fidelity Management & Research Company crossed above the
thresholds of 5 % and 3 % of the voting rights in Kontron AG, Eching,
Germany. On that date, Fidelity Management & Research Company held 6,14 %
of the voting rights in Kontron AG arising from 3,117,078 voting rights.
All voting rights in Kontron AG were attributed to Fidelity Management &
Research Company pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6  WpHG.
