FMR LLC, Boston, Massachusetts/USA, has notified us pursuant to section 21
(1) WpHG of the following:
On 18 June 2009 FMR LLC crossed above the threshold of 5 % of the voting
rights in Kontron AG, Eching, Germany. On that date, FMR LLC held 6,90 % of
the voting rights in Kontron AG arising from 3,507,178 voting rights.
All voting rights in Kontron AG were attributed to FMR LLC pursuant to
section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6  in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
