The Housing Financing Fund (HFF) has decided to offer members of the Nasdaq OMX in Iceland to sign an agreement on a Primary Dealership System with HFF. Members of Nasdaq OMX in Iceland that are prepared to undertake obligations of the agreement and wish to become market makers for HFF bonds must sign an agreement with HFF between 4PM - 5PM on Thursday June 25th 2009 at HFF, Borgartún 21, Reykjavík. Enclosed is a sample of a Primary Dealership agreement.
