to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares her Voting Rights on
Homag Group AG, Schopfloch, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005297204, WKN: 529720,
have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on June 24, 2009  and now
