In order to simplify and optimise the Group's legal structure it is planned to merge the Danish companies DLH Nordisk A/S, DLH A/S and OK Træ ApS with Dalhoff Larsen & Horneman A/S, which will be the continuing company. Dalhoff Larsen & Horneman A/S owns directly 100 percent of the shares in DLH Nordisk A/S and DLH A/S, whereas it owns indirectly 100 percent of the shares in OK Træ ApS via DLH A/S.
