WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on Constantin Medien AG, Ismaning,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0009147207, WKN: 914720, have fallen below the 5%
limit of the Voting Rights on June 16, 2009 and amount to 3.50% (2979261
Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 and
Section 1, Sentence 2 WpHG, these Voting Rights are to be attributed to Mr
David Marcus from MarCap Overseas Master Fund, LP and MarCap Global LP via
MarCap Investors, LP and MarCap Investors, LLC.

MarCap Investors, LP, Summit, NJ, USA, has informed us according to Article
21, Section 1 WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on Constantin Medien
AG, Ismaning, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0009147207, WKN: 914720, have fallen
below the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on June 16, 2009 and amount to
3.50% (2979261 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 6 WpHG, these Voting Rights are to be attributed to MarCap
Investors, LP from MarCap Overseas Master Fund, LP and MarCap Global LP.
