MAJORITY SHAREHOLDER ANNOUNCEMENTS FROM SKANDINAVISK HOLDING A/S AND SCANDINAVIAN TOBACCO GROUP A/S

Under section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act (værdipapirhandelsloven),
Tivoli A/S hereby announces that it has been notified that on 1 July 2009
Skandinavisk Holding A/S, Central Business Register (CVR) no. 21431516,
acquired 181,621 shares of a nominal value of DKK 100 each in the company,
corresponding to 31.77% of the nominal value of the share capital and 31.77% of
the voting rights. 

The shares were acquired from Scandinavian Tobacco Group A/S, Central Business
Register (CVR) no. 83336218, which is wholly owned by Skandinavisk Holding A/S.
Before the transfer, Skandinavisk Holding A/S indirectly owned the shares. 

Scandinavian Tobacco Group A/S has notified Tivoli A/S that it no longer holds
any shares in the company.
