AS „Latvijas Tilti” on its Annual Shareholder meeting, held on May 11, decided on 5.75 LVL dividend payment per share. On July 2, 2009, the shares of AS „Latvijas Tilti” will go ex-dividend. Proceeding from the above, the Management Board of NASDAQ OMX Riga on July 1st, 2009 decided to decrease the reference price of AS „Latvijas Tilti” to the level of LVL 3.45 tomorrow, July 2nd, 2009 before the start of trading.
