Carlene E. Thompson is the last of the true Southern belles, having grown to adulthood in Southeast Texas. She enjoys collecting antiques, working with young children, traveling, and gardening. She has been the author of a newsletter about herbs and gardening for several years and enjoys decorating her home in a French traditional style. This book, her first, Fannie May Is Not A Slut, is a humorous collection of true events surrounding her career as a real estate agent. She currently resides in a suburb of Houston with her husband, Jack, and dotes on her two sons and three grandchildren, who live in the Dallas area.
