On Monday, June 29, 2009, the NASD approved the Company's name change from Canam Energy Inc. to Registered Express Corporation, and approved the Company's reverse stock split of 1:1500. As of equal date, the Company's trading symbol changed from "CNGJ" to "RGTX". The name change will allow the Company to begin its intended marketing and deployment of a registered system for the secure and verifiable delivery of electronic documents.
